elise-shop has teamed up with friction experts to develop this all new brakepad compound.
These pads were designed specifically with the light weight Lotus Elise or VX220 in mind.

We have succeeded in creating a compound which offers a very similar performance compared to a (blue) benchmark in the Lotus market.

Main features for the ESR800 race compound are:
- High Friction coefficient from first application to highest temperature
- Asbestos Free Material
- Repeaditly stable friction levels over temperature range
- Low cost solution for the track day enthusiast.

ESR800 is a Carbon based compound which offers a great initial bite and braking ability over a wide temperature range.

To maximize friction levels, we have chosen to use a square pad shape. This means these pads should not be used in combination with our AP Racing 295mm discs as they would touch the inner edge and would score the discs.
