Glass Reinforced Fiber products are supplied in base coat. Although that coat looks just fine, it is not a complete weather seal. To make the products last forever, we recommend to have them painted with at least a lacquer.
The products are supplied in such away that hardly any preparation needs to be done. Painting them therefore will be relatively cheap compared to suppliers who offer bare glass fiber products.
