Our TIG welded CDS wishbones are quite possibly the finest aftermarket wishbones currently on the market.
All of our components have been CAD developed and CNC manufactured by trusted suppliers to insure perfect fitment into our custom jigs.
All materials used are of the highest quality and are lovingly TIG welded by very experienced welders.
TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding offers us a neater and stronger bond between components when compared to cheaper and quicker MIG or stick welding techniques, This is why it has become the preferred welding method for high spec motorsports and aviation applications.
CDS (cold drawn seamless) tubes have closer dimensional tolerances, better surface finish and higher mechanical properties than the corresponding grades of the cheaper ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) tube originally specified by lotus.
Wishbones are supplied without bushes or ball joints.
