Lotus cars has advised their dealers to use a vacuum Purge and refill kit for use during a coolant refresh.
The reason behind this is because in that way you don’t need to spend a lot of time bleeding the system and even in the horizontally placed radiator air will be removed.
When this advice came, these systems were pretty expensive and hard to get.
We’ve now found a system which is relatively cheap and can be used by any garage or car enthusiast.
To be able to use this kit, you will also need an air compressor.
The coolant tank (and air compressor) are not included in this price.
