We’ve seen various quickrelease kits for the undertray and diffusor and none of them actually worked very well.
Funny enough none of these kits offered a solution for the main (M8) bolts in the undertray and diffusor.
That’s what this kit is all about!
This kit consists of four pins which will be screwed into the current location of the M8 bolts. The pins have a little platform on which the adhesive rubber pad will be stuck.
When installed simply open the clip, push the undertray up, push the clip in the pin and close the clip.. job done.
We’ve spent quite some time to get the rubber pads right. You wouldn’t want them to go soft with oil or fuel or simply from the tension on the undertray. The pads we’re using will remain elastic which will stop the undertray from rattling over time.
We recommend to use thread lock when you install the M8 pins.
