The Clutch position sensor is a part located / attached to the clutch pedal of your Elise S3, Exige V6 or Evora.
This sensor monitors if the clutch pedal is activated. If the cruise control option on your car is playing up the cause might well be this specific sensor. Any incorrect reading means the ECU will not allow you to use cruise control.
