This part is often overlooked in idling issues.
The fuel trap or labyrinth is a way to stop moisture or fuel from getting into the pressure sensor on the MEMS ECU. It’s a perfect way of protecting the sensor (which as such is no longer available, so you want to protect it!) but the fuel trap can get full.. and it won’t empty itself.
This is a 1:1 replacement or the part on your car.
