These pads have always been rated as very good for serious track use of Elise equipped with steel brake discs.
The RS42 is a racing pad with superb all-round characteristics.
Very stable in terms of fading and will resist constant brake
temperatures up to 500 °C.
As every Pagid pad, these pads are friendly to the discs in terms of wear and protect you from Vapour Lock due to a high thermal resistance to the base plate.
The RS42 is more of an all-round pad which will perform good both on
road and track.
The RS42 is developed for lightweight cars and is suited very well for the Lotus Elise/Exige
