Quite a few people want to add a oil pressure and oil temperature sensor to the engine to be able to monitor what’s happening with the oil. Finding the right solution to be able to actually fit the sensor was quite an operation till now.
This is the solution for all sensor problems!
This take off adapter simply fits between the original oil filter and the oil filter adapter on the block.
It has three fitting points for 1/8 NPT sensors. The adapter also comes with two blanking plugs, so you are able to choose whatever number of sensor you’d like.
Adapter compatible with Rover and Toyota engines. When using with a Water to Oil cooler you will need a low profile filter and we strongly recommend to use thread locking to secure the adapter screws.
