The original Lotus TPMS sensors are equipped with a small battery which will give you an average service life of 10 years.
When the battery is exceeded, the sensor will not send any data and the tell tale on your dash will start flashing.
We highly recommend replacing the sensors if your car is nearing that 10 year mark and you’re replacing tyres. It’s rather frustrating when you’ve just got new tyres on and the tell tale starts flashing because of a low battery..
Unfortunately, it seems like ‘new’ sensors supplied by the factory have been on the shelf for quite some time, which is why we’ve searched an alternative.
These sensors are a plug in replacement, they’re cheaper than the original sensors and they actually fit slightly better. They also come with the retaining nut, which is NOT included with the original sensors.
These sensors are NOT compatible with cars which were produced for the Japanese market as they work on a different frequency.

DIRECTLY FROM OUR WAREHOUSE IN EUROPE / EU
- Large product stock
- A quality products
- Worldwide shipping
All shipments are sent using well known couriers. If your order contains oversize products, we will contact you before shipment to go through the details and inform you about the actual shipping cost.
Unfortunately, we're not able to ship through postal services due to price and reliability issues with Dutch post. If you want us to ship (a) small item(s) across the world, we will have to charge you the 'courier starting rate' which is for up to 1kg. In such cases, it might make sense to try and combine with larger / heavier items to make it worth your while.
